Kwabena Boadu Media Aide of the vice presidential candidate of New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is reported dead during the campaign tour of the party in Wa of the Upper West Region.
Sources within the campaign trail have confirmed his death saying he looked very healthy yesterday on the campaign trail.
Sources say he was electrocuted at Upland hotel whilst two others who were injured are in critical condition.
He is reported to have died in his hotel room at early hours of Thursday, the Upper West regional vice chair of NPP Hafiz Bin Salih confirmed this via telephone to Ultimate News’ Musah Lansah.
But close friends and family are tight-lipped over the cause of his death.
The body has been conveyed to the Wa government hospital.
