Election 2016: Fetish Priest at Great Komfo Anokye Shrine endorses Mahama

President John Mahama during this electioneering period leading to the December 7 elections, has received endorsement from several individuals in authority such as chiefs, but the lastest to throw his support behind him is the Fetish Priest of the Great Komfo Anokye Shrine, Nana Nimako Brebiaman Bedro Bosomfour.
According to him, he’s witnesed tremendous develoment across the country especially in the Ashanti Region where he’s located under the Mahama-led administration and he see’s no reason why the President should not be given another 4 years term.
Ghana goes to the poll in less than three weeks in what has been described by many as crucial election for both President John Mahama and largest opposition party Flagbearer, Nana Akufo Addo.
Whereas President Mahama in the event he loses the election will become the first president under the Fourth Republic to be voted out of office in his first term, Nana Akufo Addo is also most likely having his last attempt at the Presidency after two earlier failed attempts in 2008 and 2012 elections.
Mr Mahama in his first term in office has been credited with massive infrastructural development across the country such as construction of roads, schools, hospitals among others which his supporters have said is unrivaled in the country’s political history.
Some political watchers have said this creditable performance will most likely win him votes in the impending poll.
Speaking when the Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah  who’s on a campaign tour in the Ashanti Region called on him on Thursday, Nana Nimako Brebiaman Bedro Bosomfour stated that Ghanaians will have themselves to blame if they fail to vote massively to see President Mahama’s re-election.
“I pray fevently to the gods to deliver victory for President Mahama to continue governing the country for another term of office, given that he’s already in power and he’s doing a good job. Ex Predident Kufour has publicly stated that 4 year term is too short for any President to do soo much for his people. Since we know President Mahama after his second term in office cannot stand again for election, we should all allow vote massively for him to win so he completes his unfinished business,” Nana Nimako Brebiaman Bedro Bosomfour stated.
