It was reported all over the internet that Nigerian superstar Wizkid ‘sacked’ Ghanaian BET award winning act Stonebwoy on stage at the just ended One Africa Music Fest which took place at the Barclays Center,New York,over the weekend.
Several people have voiced out their sentiments,as they thought Wizkid could have done better since we are in an era where news travel faster because of improved technology.
Tinny,who is one of the most respected musicians in Ghana,said in an interview with Eddy Blay on the Late Nite Celebrity Show that he was very disappointed when he heard what transpired on stage between the two artists.
Stonebwoy is one of the best we have here in Ghana..We don’t treat our stars like superstars; Our media always treat Nigerians as if they are special than our stars here in Ghana..Always playing their songs and videos and giving little attention to ours.
He called on all to come together to support our own and rally behind them to help push Ghana to the world.
